Chevy Chase Online Access includes a variety of features that make managing your finances simple, providing you instant access to:

  • Information Reporting – View your real-time checking account balances and transactions. Generate reports for a variety of transactions including: checks paid, ACH transfers, wire transfers, cash positions, investments, lockbox, controlled disbursement, commercial loans and more.
  • Download Transactions – Export information in a variety of formats, including BAI and CSV, for use in most financial software or spreadsheets.
  • Check Inquiry and Images – Search for and access up to seven years of paid check images.
  • Deposit Inquiry and Images – Upon request, and for an additional fee, you can have access to images of deposit tickets and images of items within the deposit.
  • Account Transfers – Transfer funds in real-time between your Chevy Chase business and commercial accounts. Future dated and recurring transfers also are available.
  • Stop Payments – Check to see if a check has cleared and initiate real-time stop payment requests.
  • ACH Transactions – Initiate, add, edit or delete ACH transactions and export them into accounting and spreadsheet software. Import ACH transactions or NACHA files from spreadsheet or account package software.
  • Wire Transfers – Initiate domestic or foreign wire transfers that are repetitive, semi-repetitive and non-repetitive (one-time transfers). Foreign wire transfers can be initiated online in U.S dollars or in 30 different currencies with our online exchange rates.
  • Messages and Alerts – Send and receive secure messages to and from Chevy Chase Bank. Set up multiple destinations, including cell phones, for email alerts or reminders, such as when transactions need to be approved or when a wire has been received.
  • MultiBank Reporting – Monitor balances and transactions in your accounts at other financial institutions via daily BAI feeds that will update Chevy Chase Online Access.
  • Cash Concentration – Use our easy interface to perform one time or automated recurring ACH transfers to concentrate your funds from other banks into your Chevy Chase Bank accounts. Your automated transfers can move funds above a target balance or a percentage of your daily balance at the other bank when combined with MultiBank Reporting.
  • Electronic Statements – Get electronic images of your deposit statements the day after your statement cycle ends. A 16 month archive of statements that can be printed or saved electronically ensures that you never need to search for paper statement copies again.
  • Help – Help is always at your fingertips to ensure that you can navigate through the service and take advantage of all the features available to you.
