Bank's top priority. So we’re excited about our enhancement to your online safety:
PIN Protect.
PIN Protect provides an easy-to-use on-screen tool that adds an extra layer of security to your Online Banking experience. At the Online Banking Log In screen, you will enter your user name and password.
Then you will be directed to the PIN Protect page, as shown below, which includes:
- A Card image that shows the last four digits of your Card number
- Your user name to the right of the Card image
- And the PIN Protect keypad

 | The PIN Protect keypad, which includes letters that correspond with your PIN. These letters will change every time you log in. |
 | To enter your PIN, you may either use your mouse to click on the letters that correspond to your PIN ... |
 | Or, use the space provided below the PIN Protect keypad to type the letters that correspond with your PIN. For example, if your PIN were "1-2-3-4," on this screen you would type "Q-Z-V-P" |

To enter your PIN, you can either:
- Click on the letters just below the numerals that that correspond to your PIN
OR
- In the space below the keypad, type in the LETTERS that correspond to your PIN.
That's all there is to it! Then, you'll proceed to the convenient Online Banking screens and services that make Chevy Chase Online Banking a breeze.
