With the Chevy Chase Online Access Web-based service, you can manage your business accounts quickly and easily, from any Internet connection, anytime, in a secure environment.

Chevy Chase Online Access features include:

• Account Information - View your business checking account balances and transactions.
• Information Reporting - Generate information reporting including: Previous day transactions and balances, checks paid, ACH items, wire transfers, cash positions, investments, lockbox, controlled disbursement and more.
• Check Inquiry and Images - Access images of checks, currently up to 18 months.
• Deposit Inquiry and Images - Upon request, and for an additional fee, you can have access to images of deposit tickets and images of items within the deposit.
• Download Transactions - Import data to accounting or spreadsheet software.
• Funds Transfer - Transfer funds between your Chevy Chase business checking accounts.
• Stop Payments - Initiate stop payment requests.
• ACH Transactions - Initiate, add, edit or delete ACH transactions and export them into accounting and spreadsheet software.
• Data Import - Import ACH data or NACHA files from spreadsheet or account package software.
• Wire Transfers - Initiate domestic wire transfers that are repetitive, semi-repetitive and non-repetitive (one-time transfers).

Chevy Chase Online Access offers several security measures to protect your accounts and your data:

• The latest industry-acceptable security encryption techniques with 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption.
• Secure logon and associated access control features.
• Password changes required every 30 days.
• Minimum 6-character password length.
• Automatic timeouts to logoff inactive users after 15 minutes.
• Manual locks to block and restore access to users.
• User profiles to control each user’s data-viewing and data-processing capabilities.
• Ability to set permission levels for employees to view, enter and edit, release and approve transactions. And, with the Audit Reports feature, you can generate reports to audit an individual user or all users.
