To enroll in e-Statements, simply log in to Online Banking for Small Business and click on "Other Services" "Enroll in e-Statements." If you are enrolling in Online Banking for the first time, the enrollment process will prompt you to enroll in e-Statements.
Will I still get paper statements if I enroll in e-Statements?
When you enroll in e-Statements, you will no longer receive paper statements.
What if I decide I no longer want to receive e-Statements and want to go back to paper statements?
Should you decide that e-Statements no longer meet your statement delivery and storage needs, you may un-enroll from e-Statements by calling us or visiting a branch near you.
What if I have a joint account? Will I receive both paper and e-Statements, one to each account holder?
If you have an account that is joint with another party, and one of you enrolls in e-Statements, we will discontinue the distribution of paper statements and will provide e-Statements within Online Banking for Small Business to the individual who enrolled in e-Statements. Should the joint account holder also wish to receive e-Statements, that account holder also may enroll in e-Statements.
How will I know that my e-Statement is available?
We will send an e-mail message to the e-mail address you provided and as noted in "My Profile" in Online Banking. You also may set an alert within Online Banking for Small Business that will provide a message to you when you log in to Online Banking that your e-Statement is available.
Will each joint account holder receive an e-mail notification when the
e-Statement is available?
Only account holders who have enrolled in e-Statements will receive an e-mail notification. If only one of two account holders enrolls in e-Statements, only the customer who enrolled in e-Statements will receive an e-mail notification. The second account holder who did not enroll in e-Statements would not receive an
e-mail notification. If both account holders enroll in e-Statements, they each will receive an e-mail notification.
