Small Business BankingStatementSelect

Your statement. Your way.

StatementSelect is an innovative service that lets you select from four different statement styles to best meet the unique money management needs of your business. And it's available only at Chevy Chase Bank.

Whether you prefer to see all transactions in chronological order, by category, or the big picture of all deposits and all withdrawals, StatementSelect lets you choose the statement style that fits you best.

What's more, StatementSelect applies to paper statements and e-Statements. So you get the statement style you want, no matter how it's delivered.

With StatementSelect you can choose from one of four statement styles:

Category Style View the Category style

If you like viewing your transactions grouped as categories (e.g. checks paid, ATM transactions, etc.) for easy recall or reference, you'll like the Category statement style.

  • All transactions are grouped according to how/where the transaction was done, in date-posted order.
  • Sections include: Checks Paid, ATM transactions, Check Card Purchases, Telephone Banking, Online & Auto Debits/Credits, Branch & Miscellaneous (transactions conducted in-branch, service charges, adjustments, etc.).

Chronological Style View the Chronological style

If you prefer viewing all your transactions in chronological order with the resulting balance after each transaction - similar to a check register or Online Banking - you’ll like the Chronological statement style.

  • Transaction details are displayed in order by date posted.
  • A running balance is shown after each transaction.

Deposits/Withdrawals Style View the Deposits/Withdrawals style

If you primarily use your statement to track what's coming in versus what's going out, you'll like our Deposits/Withdrawals statement style.

  • Transaction details are consolidated by all deposits in order by posting date, followed by all withdrawals in order by posting date.

Conventional Style View the Conventional style

If you like to track all processed checks first followed by everything else, you'll like the Conventional statement style.

  • Checks paid are listed in check number order.
  • Other account activity is displayed in the order of date processed.
  • A Balance Summary shows the end-of-day balance after transactions have occurred.
