How do I enroll in Mortgage Access?
It’s simple. To enroll in Mortgage Access, just visit the Login Page and then click on the "Enroll Now" link. You’ll be asked to enter your mortgage loan number, your Social Security number and your e-mail address. You’ll also be asked to select a user ID and password, and to provide answers to three challenge questions that help us protect your identity.
Is Mortgage Access secure?
Security of your Account is our number one priority. With Mortgage Access, you can make your mortgage payments and view your mortgage information with confidence. We use state-of-the-art technology and a combination of security measures to help make your banking sessions secure.
How do I set up automatic payments?
With Mortgage Access, you can schedule, view, change and cancel automatic payments quickly and easily within the service. Simply select "Loan Servicing Center — Automatic Payments" from the left navigation and follow the enrollment steps to set up automatic payments.
Can I make same-day payments?
Yes. You can make a one-time payment before 8:00 pm Eastern Time on a business day to be posted on the same day.
What do I do if I forget my user ID or Password?
If you need help logging on or if you forget your user ID and/or password, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-933-9100 and select option 2.
Can I add additional funds to my payment to pay-down principal?
Yes. You can provide funds for additional principal payments in the "Loan Servicing Center — Make Your Payment" section of Mortgage Access.
Can I view my Year End statement or 1098 form in Mortgage Access?
Yes, you can view up to two years of statements or IRS Substitute 1098 forms within Mortgage Access. Simply choose "Loan Servicing Center — Year End Statement."
I'd like to request a copy of my mortgage documents. Is that possible?
Yes, within Mortgage Access you can request copies of multiple documents including your mortgage note, mortgage deed, appraisal and more. Request this information on the "Loan Servicing Center — Loan Documents" page. Please note that fees may apply for copies of these documents. Fee amounts are displayed on the Loan Documents page.
How much does Mortgage Access cost?
Mortgage Access is absolutely free. It's another way that we make your banking more convenient.
