While you’re in college – and after – you can participate in our RMA program. It offers a year-round, rich blend of on-the-job training, classroom instruction, and group projects.

The program is designed to help you learn fundamental management skills, banking skills, professional sales techniques, coaching skills, product knowledge and more.

The program provides the building blocks essential to assuming leadership roles in any one of our retail delivery channels (Branch Network and Customer Contact Center). Successful graduates may apply for Assistant Branch Manager or Team Leaders roles within the District or Customer Contact Center department which has sponsored them in the RMA program.
